Refund policy

We only want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please message us within 30 days of your order delivery. All inquiries can be sent to support@diversebee.com and we will be happy to address the issue! If an exchange isn't desired then we will gladly process a refund.

We ask that you ship the unused item(s) back before the refund or exchange is processed.

Criteria for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. 

To start a return, you can contact us with your order number at support@diversebee.com. After discussing the nature of your return we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or paper products that have been written in or altered.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
